Mission Statement:

Schools are given the opportunity to claim for part of the milk expenditure through a partially funded EU Milk Subsidy Scheme.

The Main Services Offered Include:

• Send circulars including forms to schools
• Collection of data from schools
• Keep an updated database of all claims
• Liaise with Paying Agents by giving them relevant information for payments
• Inform schools when payment is deposited in their materials and supplies accounts

Procedures:

Schools receive application forms which they have to fill in and return to section at the beginning of every scholastic year.

Every end of term schools receive claim forms which they have to fill in and send to section together with original invoices and receipts of purchases done during that term.

During this scholastic year 55 state schools benefited from this scheme.
