Request for Research in Non-State Schools

 

• Processes Requests to open new non state schools:

Receives requests;. Ensures that request conforms to legislation; co-ordinate with other departments eg. Planning Authority.

Recommend the issuing of permits to the Hon Minister.

• Maintains statistical data of non state schools

• Perform a regulatory role through regular visits to church and independent schools

• Lease with church school secretariat

• Approves the employment of new staff in church schools
