The Lorenzo Manche' Boys School is situated in the 'Ospizio' Floriana.  This edifice was built by Grandmaster Manuel De Vilhena in 1732.

During the 5 year course, students undergo a specialised literacy and numeracy programme to develop their academic capabilities.  The usual academic and sports activities remain part of the curriculum.  Crafts are thought in the first 3 years.  In Form 4, students are introduced to Tile Laying, Home Decoration, Upholstery, Stone Practice, Sheet Metal, Plumbing and Woodwork.

Form 5 students specialise in one trade subject.
