3.	Registration Fee: Lm5 per person It is recommended that payment/s are effected by cheque, bank draft or postal order, to avoid any inconveniences. Application Forms with payment enclosed can be sent by post or handed personally to the address above. Cash Payments are to be made at the Department of Youth and Sport during office hours (8.30a.m. - 12.30p.m.) from Monday to Friday Closing Date: Friday 10th July 2002
