INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS - SECONDARY SECTION
Application Forms, obtained from Room 335
(Secondary/Trade Schools), (or downloaded
from the Website), Directorate
for Educational Services, Floriana
or the Education Office, Victoria, Rabat,
Gozo, must also be accompanied by the following
documents (a set for each application form
filled):
a) A hand-written application addressed to the Director General (Education)
b) Applicant's birth Certificate (from Public Registry);
c) A recent Police Conduct Certificate;
d) A Marriage Certificate (in the case of married women applicants);
e) Photocopies of all documents/certificates of qualifications;

Government employees are to produce also the G.P. 47 (Service and Leave Record Form) |
